Organization Structure

The leadership pattern applied to the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University is based on the principle of togetherness and solidarity, where each decision is taken at an organizational meeting / department that is routinely conducted once a week (every Wednesday).

Leadership is chaired by the chairman of the department / study program and the secretary of the department / study program assisted by the head of the secretariat and staff staff in accordance with their respective functions. The head of the department / study program is chosen by the lecturer. The success of the physical department can be measured by the improvement of the performance of the department which is quite adequate. Improved performance that has included the development of human resources among other lecturers taking part in seminars and training. In addition, improvements to physical facilities (lecturer meeting rooms, seminar rooms and reading rooms).

The Agribusiness Study Program has 2 laboratories, namely:

1. Agribusiness Laboratory
2. Agricultural Development Laboratory
